March 2011 – Corn Soufflé

Goldy loves this recipe because it’s extremely inexpensive, fast & easy! Throw and go & people ALWAYS love it!
1 Egg
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
1 pack of Jiffy Corn Bread
1 Can of corn drained
1 can of creamed corn

Mix together in large Ramekin & bake 350 until done. Approximately one hour. Test with toothpick to make sure substance of a soufflé.
