April 2011 – Guacamole

Jeanne says: “Yummy and full of omega-3s!”

Peel and mash 3-4 ripe avocadoes.

Add some lime and/or lemon juice (perhaps half of one of those plastic containers) to keep the avocado from turning brown, and mix well.

Then add and mix Mexican salsa to taste (I use about a half a jar of Ortega’s thick-and-chunky, medium hotness).

Serve with tortilla chips.
